About the Opportunity
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is currently seeking a IT Manager School Support and Trainees to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The IT Manager School Support and Trainees is accountable for overseeing the planning, management, and operation of IT services within CSPD schools including accountability for the ICT trainee program.
This role will meet the needs of the organisation through a focus on service excellence, user satisfaction and continual service improvement. Managing a cross-functional team and leading stakeholder engagement across schools, including school based ICT staff to design and deliver service plans, and documenting processes to ensure sound service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Manager School Support and Trainees is accountable for:
- Lead a high-performing support team and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the day to day delivery of IT Services, ensuring school needs and operational requirements are achieved to required service standards.
- Manage relationships with schools and identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, innovation to meet evolving needs and improve user satisfaction.
- Managing IT asset inventory and lifecycle needs for schools, including currency and availability of various telecommunication and IT services for the organisation.
- Providing advanced support and escalation interventions for IT end user service delivery.
- Managing IT projects relevant to devices and end users in schools.
- Liaising with training providers in the recruitment and onboarding of trainees and interns in organisational business areas.
- Develop operational procedures and standards to ensure service delivery efficiency and compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources to support IT service delivery.
