We’re looking for an ongoing full-time Contracts & Accreditation Administration Lead to oversee and elevate our contract management and accreditation processes across CSPD.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in detail-driven environments and has a strong understanding of compliance, governance, and administrative excellence.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force of the Contracts & Accreditation Administration team - ensuring our processes, systems, and policies are effective, compliant, and accurate. You’ll drive continuous improvement, optimise service delivery and empower the team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Contracts & Accreditation Administration Lead is accountable for:

Leading the development and governance of accurate, secure, and up-to-date processes for managing all employment contracts, amendments, accreditation records, study grants, classifications and correspondence to support compliance, reporting and audit requirements

Ensuring adherence to Enterprise Agreement provisions and legislation, engaging with relevant Centres of Expertise across People & Culture as required to assist with employee enquiries

Providing timely advice, insights and reporting on the management of employment contracts and accreditation processes to ensure service level agreements are maintained, including the monitoring of approvals by hiring managers and candidates

Partnering with teams across People & Culture to ensure best practice is implemented and adhered to, mentoring and guiding the Contracts and Accreditation team to build capability and consistency in practice

Monitoring contract terms, conditions, and expiry dates to ensure timely renewals or variations, in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements

Driving continuous improvement of the contract and accreditation management process through system maintenance and continuous improvement

Providing exemplary employee experience and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Coaching and guiding the Employee Contracts team to improve accuracy and develop efficient processes, ensuring effective knowledge sharing, enhanced efficiencies, accurate data entry, and compliance with Employee Agreements.

Ensure the appropriate classification is applied to employees and candidates in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement
About You

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field.

Proven experience leading a service or support function (preferably in HR or payroll).

Strong understanding of employment contracts and/or understanding of Teaching classifications and subsequent enterprise agreement interpretations

Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

A proactive leader with a passion for people, process improvement and service excellence.
