The School

Caroline Chisholm College, Glenmore Park, is a Catholic Secondary girls’ school. The College is committed to providing young women with a quality Catholic education which promotes a passion for learning, develops skills for living and inspires an ongoing search for meaning.

 

We are seeking a passionate and committed Mathematics teacher (Year 7-12) to join our secondary teaching team and be a part of our school community to enrich the lives of our students. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 1 2026. We encourage 4th year undergraduate students to apply. 

Key Responsibilities

The Mathematics teacher will fit the following criteria:

  • Flexibility to teach across stages 4, 5 & 6.
  • Current knowledge of best practice explicit teaching, learning and assessing to ensure strong student learning outcomes.
  • An ability to differentiate learning to cater for a diverse range of student learning needs.
  • An ability to work innovatively and creatively with Mathematics staff and students to lead and inspire a culture of excellence.
  • Experience with Canvas Learning Management System desirable not essential.

 

The Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education
  • NESA Accreditation
  • Working with Children Check clearance (essential)
  • Exceptional communication skills
