  • School Administration Officer - St Luke's Catholic College, Marsden Park
  • Level 4 - 76 hours per fortnight during school terms 
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break 


Located in the Front Office, under the administrative direction and functional guidance of the Head of Enterprise and Partnerships, the Front Office support ensures a welcoming presence and effective assistance are offered to parents, students, staff and visitors to the College whilst being responsive to the immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Knowledge and ability to operate complex office equipment, online and digital applications, with training
● Demonstrated ability to

○ to maintain the quality of assigned work
● Undertake development programs and training relevant to the skills and duties to be undertaken
● Demonstrated interpersonal skills in working with various students, staff, parents and community partners.

Key accountabilities Front Office:

● Contribute to a team-based commitment to a welcoming presence for parents and visitors to the College
● Assist the General Administrator to maintain Timetable, Casual Replacements and provide support to respond to WHS issues and maintain St Luke’s WHS management system.
● Support the efficient and effective functioning and variable workflows of the Front office and be called upon to:
○ Direct telephone calls, messages and emails to relevant personnel
○ Attend to students needs in sick bay, following sick bay protocols and maintain accurate records in Compass
○ Assist students, staff, parents and visitors with queries
○ Eftpos payments and receipting
○ Maintain accurate information including student attendance and enrolment data on Compass
○ Maintain injury and incident reports with accurate data entry into Compass
○ Provide professional support including typing, word processing, data entry, Google applications, electronic rolls, attendance records and student enrolments
○ Maintain student files and upload all relevant information
● Other duties as assigned by the Principal or their delegate.
