Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking an exceptional, faith-filled educational leader to join St Andrews College, Marayong as Principal Leader. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 4, 2026.
As Principal Leader, you will provide strategic and inspirational leadership to a large and dynamic Catholic secondary school community. You will lead the ongoing growth and development of the College, fostering a culture of faith, learning, wellbeing and excellence while delivering outstanding outcomes for students and staff.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who can unite people around a shared purpose, drive evidence-informed improvement, and build upon the strong foundations and achievements of the College.

Qualifications and Accreditation
Applicants must:

Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead, or be willing to achieve these requirements within the first contract term

Hold NESA accreditation
