Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking an exceptional, faith-filled educational leader to join St Andrews College, Marayong as Principal Leader. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 4, 2026.

As Principal Leader, you will provide strategic and inspirational leadership to a large and dynamic Catholic secondary school community. You will lead the ongoing growth and development of the College, fostering a culture of faith, learning, wellbeing and excellence while delivering outstanding outcomes for students and staff.

• Leads a relentless focus on student learning, wellbeing and growth through a sharp, evidence-informed school improvement agenda, maintaining high expectations for every student and ensuring coherent implementation of curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment across the school.

• Builds and develops high-performing leadership teams and professional learning communities, cultivating collective efficacy, professional growth and accountability, while leading and modelling continuous improvement through collaboration, reflection and evidence-informed practice.

• Champions a culture of evidence-informed decision-making, using data purposefully to evaluate impact, guide strategic priorities and build staff capability in the analysis and application of evidence to improve student outcomes.

• Creates a culture of high expectations, trust, belonging and partnership, where diversity is celebrated, student voice is valued, families are engaged as partners in learning, and strong relationships contribute to positive outcomes for all students.

• Provides strategic stewardship of people, resources and partnerships, equitably allocating staff, time, finances and facilities, building purposeful connections with the local and wider community, and sustaining improvement through adaptive, responsive and future-focused leadership.

Qualifications and Accreditation

Applicants must:

• Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead, or be willing to achieve these requirements within the first contract term

• Hold a valid Working with Children Check

• Hold NESA accreditation

During the recruitment process, applicants will be required to provide:

• Certified copy of Category D or E Accreditation

• Copy of Baptism Certificate

• A Parish Priest Recommendation

• Working with Children Check clearance

• Evidence of NESA accreditation
