About the Opportunity

  • Ongoing Part-Time Opportunity 

  • Level 4 - 42 hours per fortnight during school terms 

  • Commencing in June 2026


Holy Family Primary is looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join the front office team.

Key Responsibilities

The Administration Officer is accountable for:

  • Provide professional administrative, secretarial and reception support across the school office Respond to enquiries from students, families, staff and the wider community

  • Manage the full enrolment process, including enquiries, documentation, data entry and family support

  • Support the smooth running of the school office and daily operations

  • Provide executive support, including diary management, appointments and preparation of confidential correspondence

  • Prepare and format routine documents, publications, teacher programs and teaching resources

  • Assist with newsletters, website updates and other internal/external communications

  • Support financial processes including budgeting, school fees, reconciliations, GST reporting and annual rollover

  • Assist with coordinating school events and functions
