About the Opportunity

- 2 x 0.5 FTE - 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
St Madeleine’s Primary, Kenthurst is seeking two relational, reliable and professionally skilled teachers to join our Diverse Learning team for a term‑length maternity leave contract 0.5 FTE (Term 4, 2026).
Position Criteria
- Professional Expertise: Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑impact support for diverse learners through innovative grouping, evidence‑based interventions, and adjustments that add value for all students.
- Collaborative Practice: Proven capacity to work in concert with classroom teachers — co‑planning, co‑teaching and co‑reflecting to strengthen shared ownership of student growth.
- Key Practices: A professional who is present, punctual, available and committed to being a teacher — supported through negotiated admin time and protected block‑out periods during peak deadlines.
- Relational Trust: A colleague who builds trust through presence, professionalism and partnership in every interaction, contributing positively to a safe, predictable and collaborative culture.
- Adaptive Capacity: Flexibility to respond to changing student needs, shifting priorities and evolving team structures while supporting the ongoing development of the Diverse Learning vision.
