Marian Catholic College is seeking a passionate Diversity Teacher for a full-time, ongoing role to join our inclusive and vibrant community. In this position, you will support students with diverse learning needs, helping every learner thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities

Support and implement inclusive teaching practices that meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Collaborate with classroom teachers and Learning Support teams to design and deliver personalised learning programs.

Use assessment data to identify learning needs, track progress, and inform adjustments.

Build a supportive, engaging classroom environment that nurtures confidence, wellbeing, and academic growth.

Promote the values of faith, respect, and inclusion across the Marian community.

Qualifications
-
Valid Working with Children Check and compliance with NSW Child Protection legislation.

Current NESA accreditation.

Tertiary qualification in Education (minimum 4-year degree or 75% completion).

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is highly regarded.
