Marian Catholic College is seeking a passionate Diversity Teacher for a full-time, ongoing role to join our inclusive and vibrant community. In this position, you will support students with diverse learning needs, helping every learner thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities

• Support and implement inclusive teaching practices that meet the diverse learning needs of students.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers and Learning Support teams to design and deliver personalised learning programs.

• Use assessment data to identify learning needs, track progress, and inform adjustments.

• Build a supportive, engaging classroom environment that nurtures confidence, wellbeing, and academic growth.

• Promote the values of faith, respect, and inclusion across the Marian community.

Qualifications

• Valid Working with Children Check and compliance with NSW Child Protection legislation.

• Current NESA accreditation.

• Tertiary qualification in Education (minimum 4-year degree or 75% completion).

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is highly regarded.
