The Variety of your role:
In collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager, and central office Finance teams, your role will encompass:

Financial Transaction Mastery: You'll expertly handle financial transactions, from purchasing to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Fee Management Champion: Facilitate the collection of school fees, ensuring a seamless process for families.

Holistic Administrative Support: Contribute to a diverse array of school administrative processes, from enrolments and student services to health and safety protocols.

Support in Financial Planning: Assist your business manager in budgeting and forecasting when necessary.

Welcoming School Community: Your role extends to front-of-house duties, creating a warm and secure environment for students, families, and staff alike.
Qualifications and Skills:

Tech Savvy: Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise financial software is advantageous, but proficiency in any such system is desirable.

Bookkeeping Expertise: Possess bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent practical experience.

People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, crucial for building relationships within the school community.

Administrative Proficiency: Solid administrative experience, whether in the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications.

This position involves working with children.
