Emmaus Catholic College in Kemps Creek is seeking a permanent full-time Diversity Teacher to commence Term 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • A qualified teacher with NESA accreditation.
  • Displays initiative and passion, actively collaborating with and supporting fellow staff members to promote inclusive learning and participation.
  • Demonstrates the ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and maximise their learning outcomes under a strong belief that all students can achieve.
  • Possesses extensive pedagogical knowledge and understands the learning process for the relevant subject areas.
  • Works collaboratively with students, teachers, and families on the Personalised Planning process.
  • Exhibits a commitment to continuously improve their teaching practice and actively engage in personal professional development opportunities.
  • Effective pedagogical skills in literacy and/or numeracy small group intervention
  • Has the ability to motivate students, fostering a lifelong love for learning and supporting their achievements.
