We are seeking a passionate Coordinator 2 to join our dedicated team on an ongoing full‑time basis from Term 3, helping us continue to nurture the growth, confidence and learning of every student.

The successful candidate

  • Provide strong leadership across Stage 2 and Stage 3, guiding high‑quality learning and pedagogy.

  • Model engaging, innovative and evidence‑based teaching practice.

  • Promote student wellbeing, engagement and positive learning behaviours.

  • Commit to ongoing professional learning and actively support colleagues’ growth.

  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with students, families and staff.

  • Use data effectively to inform teaching and drive improvement across Stage 2 and Stage 3.

  • Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.

  • Bring valuable experience working with diverse learners.

  • Lead and coordinate programs that support students with diverse learning needs.

  • Support teachers in implementing effective adjustments and inclusive learning practices.

Qualifications and accreditations

  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) 
  • Statements of Service
  • Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete) 
  • Religious Education qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them in line with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements
