Position Criteria

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver high‑quality, student‑centred Mathematics learning within a Catholic educational setting. Essential requirements include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching Mathematics with strong content knowledge.

  • Ability to design inclusive, rigorous and engaging learning experiences.

  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student wellbeing.

  • Capacity to inspire students through contemporary, student‑centred pedagogy.

  • Effective collaboration and communication within a Catholic school community.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary Qualification in Education (or fourth year student)

  • NESA Accreditation (Conditional Accreditation also accepted)

  • Statements of Service

  • Commitment to meeting CSPD’s Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements as part of employment
