Caroline Chisholm College is seeking a skilled HSIE Teacher, who is an enthusiastic, talented professional able to work collaboratively and bring innovation and creativity to their learning areas with experience in teaching HSIE. This is a temporary full-time position commencing Term 1 2027 to end of Term 3 2027.

Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the strategic vision of Caroline Chisholm College along with:
● Have sound knowledge of the HSIE syllabus areas 7-12.
● Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of Catholic Education and a willingness to actively support and promote the Catholic, academic and pastoral dimensions of College life.
● To collaborate and work as a team with all leaders and teachers to improve the learning of students.
● Sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback.
● Committed to the engagement in professional learning.
● Work creatively and collaboratively within a range of 'communities' inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for self and students.

Qualifications and Experience
● Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
● Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4 year degree, or 75% complete)
● Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
