St Luke’s Catholic College is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Officer to join their collaborative team on a Permanent Full-time basis, commencement date negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

It is essential that you;

● Be able to respond to all College facility related issues including minor repairs and
general maintenance requirements.
● Keep grounds and buildings presentable, clean, safe and usable for students and staff.
● Lift and move equipment and furniture.
● Set up for College events.
● Supervise and coordinate contractors if required.
● Occasional garden and lawn maintenance
● Have knowledge of and the willingness to observe and implement WHS policies and
practices.
● Must hold a current driver’s licence.
● Have demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Have demonstrated ability to follow direction, prioritise and meet set deadlines.
● Have demonstrated interpersonal skills in working with a range of personnel.
● Have excellent Communications skills.
● The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health
Assessment.
