About the Opportunity
As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal to lead a thriving Catholic school community. You will contribute to the strategic leadership of the school through a strong focus on faith formation, learning and teaching, student wellbeing, and staff development.
You will:

Lead and support high-quality teaching and learning practices that improve student outcomes

Foster a strong Catholic culture and promote the mission and values of Catholic education

Build the capacity of staff through coaching, mentoring and professional learning
- Work collaboratively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to achieve school and system priorities

Develop positive partnerships with students, families, parish and the wider community

Qualifications and Accreditation
Candidates must:

Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead, or be willing to achieve these requirements within their first contract term

Hold a valid Working with Children Check

Hold NESA accreditation
- Provide a copy of their Baptism Certificate

Provide a copy of their Category D or E Accreditation
