Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Help Centre Officer to join our Finance & Infrastructure (F&I) team on a full-time permanent basis. About the Opportunity
You will be the first point of contact for CSPD staff and parents seeking assistance with F&I systems and processes. You will provide timely and professional support, ensuring all issues and requests are handled with accuracy, care, and efficiency.
In this role, you will contribute to a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Provide first-line support to CSPD staff, logging and categorising all incidents and requests in the Help Centre system

Diagnose and resolve common application or process-related issues affecting F&I operations

Escalate complex or unresolved issues with complete troubleshooting notes

Create and maintain up-to-date knowledge base content and quick reference guides

Support census processes during key processing periods, collaborating with the School Census Process Lead to ensure timely resolution of issues

Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to strengthen service delivery
About You

Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and helpful approach

Experience in a help desk, service desk, or systems support environment or similar experience (preferred)

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with finance or infrastructure ERP systems and processes would be advantageous
