Executive Assistant - Finance & Infrastructure

We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly efficient, professional, and personable Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Finance & Infrastructure team on an initially temporary basis for 2026.

Reporting to two senior leaders within the Finance & Infrastructure portfolio, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day executive activities. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and working from home.

About the role

In this role, you will provide high-level executive support including:

  • Reviewing and preparing board papers and executive presentations

  • Drafting, editing and formatting written communications and executive documents

  • Assisting with the development and refinement of policies, procedures and forms

  • Providing support across key financial tasks and processes

  • Ensuring all documents and deliverables are produced to a high professional standard

  • Maintaining a consistently professional approach at all times (internally and externally), including exercising a high level of confidentiality

  • Coordinating and managing internal and external meetings or events with clients and key stakeholders

  • Managing the diary and inbox for both senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring their time is used effectively

  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

What you will bring:

To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:

  • Proven experience providing high-level support to senior leaders or executives, ideally in a finance, infrastructure or corporate environment

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Experience managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

  • Experience preparing, drafting, editing, and formatting executive papers, board papers, presentations and written communications

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information

  • First rate attention to detail and compliance

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Exposure to financial processes, policies, or reporting is desirable
