Holy Family Emerton is looking for a skilled, contemporary and passionate Classroom & Learning Support Officer to be part of our school community and enrich the lives of our students.

This role is to commence Term 3, 2026 and is Temporary Part-Time until the end of Term 4 2026, with a potential to extend.

About You

As a Classroom & Learning Support Officer, you will work alongside teachers to support student learning, engagement and wellbeing, helping every student to thrive both academically and personally.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and wellbeing.

  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications and Accreditations

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese along with:

  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance

  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) 

  • Statements of Service

  • Religious Education qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them in line with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements
