Job Summary
Join Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) and take your career to new heights! We are seeking an Early Talent Administrator to play a critical role in contributing to the overall success of the exciting new Early Career Engagement (ECE) program and initiatives.
Your Impactful Role:
ECE is a newly established and high-priority initiative targeting the attraction and retention of early career education professionals. Reporting to the Early Talent Manager and working closely with the existing Talent team.
Your day to day as an Early Talent Administrator:

As the first line of contact for the Early Talent team, you'll be triaging queries coming through our service desk and solving requests where you can relating to early talent initiatives

You'll use your excellent communication skills and attention to detail to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, CSPD support teams and 80+ schools across CSPD.

You'll take pride in keeping our important Early Career records up to date, helping our talent team with maintaining information in our applicant tracking system and managing data for our CSPD Scholarship Program.

You’ll assist the Early Talent Manager directly by processing invoices, raising purchase orders and tracking our team budget

The world of Early Talent teams can be fast paced and unpredictable, so you'll be drawn into various other projects and initiatives as they arise!

The successful Candidate
You will bring to the role a solid background in administration in any industry or role, as well as:

Attention to detail - administration keeps our team afloat and we will need someone who can quickly develop a strong understanding of our processes and data management

Excellent communication - we are a highly visible team at CSPD and confidence in written and verbal communication is important when communicating with stakeholders across our organisation
