About the Opportunity
St Patrick's Marist College Dundas is seeking a passionate and dynamic TAS Teacher to join our collaborative team on a temporary full-time basis. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing in Term 4, 2026.
The successful applicant will have the ability to teach Stages 4 and 5 Food Technology and Design and Technology. Experience teaching Stage 6 Hospitality and/or Design and Technology will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching Stages 4 and 5 Food Technology and Design and Technology

Demonstrating a strong understanding of curriculum requirements within TAS subject areas

Applying extensive pedagogical knowledge and an understanding of how students learn within the identified subject areas

Differentiating learning to cater for student needs and maximise student outcomes

Developing effective learning environments, lesson plans, assessment practices and learning feedback

Effectively integrating technology into teaching and learning

Demonstrating a commitment to the continual improvement of teaching practice and ongoing professional development

Working creatively and constructively within a range of communities inside and beyond the school
