St Patrick's Marist College Dundas is seeking seeking a dedicated and professional Enrolment Officer to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the student enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families regarding admission inquiries.
  • Facilitate the completion and submission of application forms and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment records and databases.
  • Coordinate and conduct enrolment interviews, orientation sessions, and school tours.
  • Collaborate with administrative and academic staff to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Promote the school's programs, policies, and enrollment deadlines through appropriate channels.
  • Prepare and dispatch acceptance letters and related correspondence.
  • Address and resolve enrolment-related queries and issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Support the transition of new students into the school environment from application to orientation and beginning the schooling process.

Qualifications and skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of enrolment procedures and applicable regulations is desirable.
