About the Role
As a Diversity Teacher at Bede Polding College, you will:

Support the diverse learning needs of students through targeted, evidence-based teaching strategies

Design and deliver differentiated learning experiences that maximise student engagement and achievement

Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan personalised learning programs
-
Facilitate literacy and/or numeracy interventions to support student progress

Provide assessment, feedback, and ongoing monitoring of student learning

Foster a positive, inclusive, and faith-filled classroom environment where all students feel valued
About You
The successful candidate will bring:

A strong understanding of explicit teaching and evidence-informed pedagogy

Demonstrated knowledge of differentiation and personalised planning processes

Experience supporting students with disabilities and additional learning needs

Sound understanding of assessment and data-informed teaching practices

A commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice

The ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
Qualifications & Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Education and current NESA Accreditation to teach in NSW

A valid Working with Children Check clearance
-
Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or a willingness to work towards this)
