About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Diversity Teacher to join the team at Parramatta Marist High School. This is a permanent part-time position, working four days per week, commencing in 2027. 

Parramatta Marist High School is a Catholic school with a history and tradition spanning 200 years.  Since 1875 it has been shaped by the Marist charism, one that flows from a basic trust in God and a desire to follow Christ in the way of Mary.  Our pedagogy is based around Project/Problem Based Learning and Flipped Classroom through a collaborative approach in PLTs and Team-Teaching

Your duties will include but are not limited to

  • Support the diverse learning needs of students through targeted, evidence-based teaching strategies

  • Design and deliver differentiated learning experiences that maximise student engagement and achievement

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan personalised learning programs

  • Facilitate literacy and/or numeracy interventions to support student progress

  • Provide assessment, feedback, and ongoing monitoring of student learning

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and faith-filled classroom environment where all students feel valued
