The Contracts & Accreditation Administration Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining our contractual records, supporting accreditation processes, and ensuring data accuracy for all employees. We are on the lookout for 1 ongoing and 3 temporary full-time (12 months) Contracts & Accreditation Administration Officers to support the day-to-day management of contracts, documentation, and accreditation requirements at CSPD.

Key Responsibilities

The Contracts & Accreditation Administration Officer is accountable for: 

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of People & Culture processes and providing support to employee enquiries regarding employment contracts, procedures and communications 

  • Preparing, reviewing and maintaining accurate record of employment contracts, variations and related documentation, including monitoring contract terms and expiry dates to support timely renewals or updates 

  • Ensuring adherence to Enterprise Agreement provisions and legislation, including engaging with relevant Centres of Expertise across People & Culture as required to assist with employee requests 

  • Providing support to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams in the administration and management of contracts of employment and variations 

  • Assisting with accreditation and compliance processes by preparing and updating records, maintaining databases, and ensuring documentation is filed accurately 

  • Applying best practice contract management procedures to ensure that SLAs are maintained 

  • Supporting the delivery of People & Culture projects, initiatives and general administrative services, as required 

  • Applying the appropriate classification to employees and candidates in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement 

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field (desired)

  • Strong understanding of employment contracts and/or understanding of Teaching classifications and subsequent enterprise agreement interpretations

  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail skills 

  • Proactive, solutions focused and a strong ability to problem solve
