We are seeking a Casual Grounds Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role supports the operational services across our schools within the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, including cleaning, building maintenance, and grounds upkeep. 

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out non-specialised repair and maintenance work.

• Undertaking general gardening tasks, including preparation and planting procedures.

• Operating, maintaining, and adjusting turf machinery under general supervision.

• Applying fertilisers, fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides under general supervision.

• Responding to alarms, following emergency procedures, preparing incident reports, and securing school buildings.

• Assisting qualified tradespersons in building and furniture maintenance.

• Performing other duties as requested by the Principal and/or Principal’s Delegate, which may include operating the school’s security system at the beginning or end of shifts.
