Business Manager – Nagle College, Blacktown South

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager (Level C) to support the College’s ongoing financial and operational success. This is a permanent full-time position commencing 12 October 2026.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the College and provide strategic and operational support across finance, school fee management, procurement, contracts and facilities.

The successful candidate will

• Provide high-level operational finance support to school staff.

• Support the development, implementation and review of financial procedures and processes.

• Provide guidance on school fee billing, collection and financial assistance processes.

• Analyse financial results and budgets, providing advice to support effective financial management.

• Support procurement processes and contract matters in collaboration with CSPD support teams.

• Work collaboratively on facilities planning, minor works and major capital projects.

• Support compliance with CSPD policies, procedures and financial requirements.

• Build effective working relationships with College staff, families, suppliers and CSPD stakeholders.

• Contribute positively to the Catholic identity, mission and culture of the College.

Qualifications & Accreditations

The successful candidate will:

• Bring relevant experience in finance, business operations or school administration.

• Demonstrate strong financial management, budgeting and analytical capability.

• Have experience supporting procurement, contracts and operational processes.

• Possess strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or business, ideally, although this is not mandatory.

• Be willing to undergo and satisfactorily complete financial background and reference checks.

• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
