About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Administration Officer to join the CAPTIVATE team on a permanent part-time basis.

The Administration Officer – CAPTIVATE undertakes the following responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing enquiries as they arise
  • Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools
  • Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.
  • Assist with procurement and processing of physical assets including musical instruments
  • General administrative support as required
  • Coordination, logistics and booking of event venues and contributors: system, school and external

To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:

  • Experience and/or knowledge and interest in the creative and performing arts
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and constructively to support a diverse team 

Qualifications, Accreditations & Experience

  • Relevant demonstrated experience 
  • Working with Children Check clearance
