About the Opportunity: 

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Management of phone calls and directing enquiries
  • A wide range of professional support, administration, secretarial and clerical duties, including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining email and computerised records, database information, Google applications, electronic rolls, attendance records, student enrolments and student information;
  • Responding to enquiries from students, parents/carers, employees, and the general public;
  • Providing assistance in various financial management tasks as required.

Applications should include: a cover letter addressing the position criteria, experience, qualification requirements and names of three professional referees

About you:

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of St John Paul II Catholic College along with:

  • Post-school qualifications in a relevant discipline eg. secretarial, business studies
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritise
  • High level of organisational skills and time management with the ability to meet organisational deadlines
  • Outstanding IT skills in the Microsoft and Google platforms
  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance
  • An understanding of and willingness to follow the ethos of a Catholic School and its mission
