The Technology Services Team is leading the way in technological infrastructure and investments to ensure that the strategic goals of the organisation are met. Our Applications & Security team are responsible for the administration and security of Enterprise & System applications and Cybersecurity. About the opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Finance System Specialist who will be responsible for supporting, managing and maintaining CSPD’s TechnologyOne application. This role is offered on a full-time continuing basis and includes configuration and support of the Financial, Budgeting, BPM and Supply Chain modules, development and support of ETL procedures and XLOne reports, along with user and security management and all other aspects of running the TechnologyOne system.
More specifically the successful candidate will be accountable for:
Providing consultation, business and process analysis, system configuration and operational setup of the designated application in response to day to day operational, BAU and project related activities.
Ensuring the mechanisms for level 1 and level 2 support are being effectively managed with both the vendor and CSPD to ensure timely resolution of issues
Analysing operational and business process activities to identify and deliver system improvements
Ensuring the mechanisms for software release management and application security are being adhered to ensuring the integrity of the system.
Managing complex technical support and providing solutions to meet the needs of the organisation
Guiding and mentoring the Application Administrators to enable autonomous complex configurational support, improvements and enhancements.
Engaging in positive stakeholder relationships to foster enhanced business analysis with both internal teams and external vendors.
About you:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values along with:
Extensive experience as a TechnologyOne Subject matter expert in areas such as Financials, Budgeting, Dashboards, ETL’s, XLOne reporting and Enterprise Asset Management
A team-oriented personality with experience mentoring and developing staff
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage unexpected workloads/ changing priorities
Ability to lead conversations around critical issues and help navigate to meaningful outcomes through structured problem-solving, design thinking and team collaboration
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistently high, accurate and informed written and verbal communications
Stakeholder management - internal and external with a strong focus on customer service.
Experience with Finance systems and complex application integration environments
